911 Emergency Telephone Number Act -- Prepaid Wireless E911 Charge Act [SB-2794]
Creates a restricted receipt account for all 911 funds and requires that they be used solely for the operation of the 911 system. Authorizes the PUC to reduce 911 surcharges to the extent they exceed the sums needed to operate the 911 system.
