Relating To Restraining Order Violations. [SB-622]
Requires a court to sentence a person convicted of violating a temporary restraining order, injunction or restraining order, or order of protection during the term of a stay-at-home order imposed by the State or a county in which the violation occurred to a mandatory minimum jail sentence of not less than thirty days and fined no less than $500 and no more than $3,000. Takes effect 7/30/2075. (SD1)

Relating To Aquatic Resources. [SB-572]
Authorizes the imposition of a criminal fine for violations of the State's aquatic resources law. Permits the department of land and natural resources to recommend community service that benefits the resource damaged when a person is ordered to perform community service in lieu of a fine. Allows for a fine up to $1,000 to be levied for all other aquatic life taken, killed, or injured. (SD1)
