Relating To Parking For Disabled Persons. [HB-2446]
Authorizes the Examiner of Drivers to suspend the driver's license of a person who violates certain regulations relating to the use of disability parking permits. Requires the court to distribute fifty per cent of any fine imposed on a person who violates certain regulations for the use of disability parking permits to the law enforcement agency that issued the citation. Authorizes each county to enact ordinances to enforce the design and construction requirements for the provision of accessible parking spaces, including the establishment of penalties

Prohibits a condominium unit owner, resident, tenant, or their guests, or any person acting on behalf of the unit owner, from harassing or interfering with board members, managing agents, resident managers, association employees, or vendors contracted by the association, in the performance of any duty or in the exercise of any right or power granted under chapter 514B, HRS, or the governing documents of the association.

Relating To The Liquor Commission. [SB-25]
Requires the Liquor Commission to deny any renewal for a liquor license if the applicant for renewal has violated any provision of the Intoxicating Liquor Law under chapter 281, Hawaii Revised Statutes, on three separate occasions during the twelve-month period preceding the renewal application date.
