As enacted, prohibits a sexual offender, violent sexual offender, or a violent juvenile sexual offender, whose victim was a minor, from knowingly renting or offering for rent a swimming pool, hot tub, or other body of water to be used for swimming that is located on property owned or leased by the offender or otherwise under the control of the offender; creates defense for violation of certain existing restrictions that the offender was the parent of the minor in the offender's presence. - Amends TCA Title 40.
