As enacted, provides that the conveyance of personal property of a sexual offender used to violate a residential and work restriction of the sex offender registry is subject to forfeiture if the victim was a minor; specifies under the provisions regarding forfeiture of property used in the commission of a sexual offense that property is subject to "judicial forfeiture" instead of "administrative forfeiture". - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 13, Part 5.
