Authorizing the Governor to suspend State or local law if necessary for the restoration, repair, or replacement of critical infrastructure related to a declared state of emergency for not more than 1 year after the state of emergency is declared; authorizing the Governor, notwithstanding the termination of the state of emergency, to extend the suspension of State or local law under the Act until the restoration, repair, or replacement of the critical infrastructure is completed; applying the Act retroactively to March 26, 2024; etc.
