Prevailing Wage Law - Payroll Reporting Requirements [SB-914]
Applying specified payroll reporting requirements under the prevailing wage law to specified contractors under specified public work contracts with a value of at least $100,000; and providing that specified contractors under specified public work contracts with a value of less than $500,000 are not required to comply with specified payroll reporting requirements under the prevailing wage law.

Construction Contracts - Change Orders (State Procurement Change Order Fairness Act) [SB-826]
Prohibiting a unit from requiring a prime contractor, and a prime contractor from requiring a subcontractor, to begin change order work under a contract until the procurement officer for the unit issues a specified written change order; providing that written acceptance letters for a State Highway Administration or Maryland Aviation Administration procurement contract for construction have the same force and effect as change orders until the specified units issue written change orders; etc.

Prevailing Wage Rates Reform Act of 2016 [SB-711]
