The bill provides that the reports of transportation network company drivers are to be shared with the Division of Motor Vehicles. The bill provides that the reports of the taxi cab drivers are to be shared with the Public Service Commission. The bill requires complaints against transportation network companies or their drivers be investigated by the Division of Motor Vehicles. The bill requires rulemaking.
