(Sec. 1) This bill amends the Denali National Park Improvement Act to expand the nonwilderness areas of Denali National Park and Preserve in Alaska where the National Park Service may issue right-of-way permits to construct a natural gas pipeline. Additionally, the pipeline shall not be subject to agency approval under the Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act.
