Federal Election Integrity Act of 2017 This bill amends the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to make it unlawful for a chief state election administration official to take active part in political management or in a political campaign with respect to any election for federal office over which the official has supervisory authority. Public Service Transparency Act This bill amends the Ethics in Government Act of 1978 to require candidates for the office of President or Vice President, nominees for a cabinet-level position, and the current occupants of such positions to disclose their federal tax returns in reports filed under such Act.
