Securing Energy Infrastructure Act [S.174]
Establishes a two-year pilot program within the Department of Energy's (DOE's) national laboratories to (1) identify the security vulnerabilities of certain entities in the energy sector, and (2) evaluate technology that can be used to isolate the most critical systems of such entities from cyberattacks. In addition, DOE must establish a working group to evaluate the technology solutions proposed by the national laboratories and to develop a national strategy to isolate the energy grid from attacks.

No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion and Abortion Insurance Full Disclosure Act of 2019 [S.109]
Modifies provisions relating to federal funding for, and health insurance coverage of, abortions. Specifically, the bill prohibits the use of federal funds for abortions or for health coverage that includes abortions. Such restrictions extend to the use of funds in the budget of the District of Columbia. Additionally, abortions may not be provided in a federal health care facility or by a federal employee. Statistical Area Fairness Act of 2019 [HB-1113]
Prohibits the Office of Management and Budget from including a county with a large federal installation in a core-based statistical area on the basis of employment in that county of residents of the central county or counties of the core-based statistical area.
