LEED Act Leverage to Enhance Effective Diplomacy Act of 2019 [S.2050]
Expands various sanctions and reporting requirements pertaining to North Korea and contains other related provisions. The bill expands existing sanctions related to various prohibitions against North Korea to cover parties that knowingly sponsor or provide significant support for violations of such prohibitions. Individuals engaging in prohibited conduct may be subject to civil and criminal penalties, including imprisonment. The President shall impose sanctions on entities that knowingly transfer crude oil to North Korea or to an affiliated entity.

National Purple Heart Hall of Honor Commemorative Coin Act [S.2042]
Directs the Department of the Treasury to mint and issue $5 gold coins, $1 silver coins, and half-dollar clad coins emblematic of the mission of the National Purple Heart Hall of Honor. The bill limits the issuance of such coins to the one-year period beginning on January 1, 2021. The bill prescribes surcharges for coin sales, which shall be paid to the National Purple Heart Hall of Honor, Inc., to support the mission of such organization, including capital improvements to the National Purple Heart Hall of Honor facilities.

Requires the Department of Education to expand the Pell Grant program to include grants for the dependents (including independent students) of a veteran who died serving on active duty as a member of the Armed Forces in Iraq or Afghanistan on or after September 11, 2001. To qualify for assistance, the dependents must be less than 33 years of age.
