AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 68, Chapter 120, relative to building regulations. [HB-1876]
As enacted, specifies that a statewide building construction standard or another standard or requirement adopted by a local government shall not prohibit or limit the use of equipment with refrigerants, if the equipment contains a refrigerant listed in accordance with safety standards imposed by federal law or rule and is installed in accordance with the use conditions imposed by federal law or rule. - Amends TCA Title 68, Chapter 120.
