Care for COVID–19 Act [S.3442]
Requires private health insurance plans to cover, without any cost-sharing requirement, inpatient and outpatient services related to the diagnosis, care, and treatment of COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019). Provides a presumption of service-connection for Parkinsonism, bladder cancer, hypertension, and hypothyroidism for veterans exposed to certain herbicide agents while serving in Vietnam.
