Coronavirus TANF Expansion Act [S.3522]
Reauthorizes through December 31, 2020, the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program and expands TANF eligibility and assistance to respond to the COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) public health emergency. Specifically, states may (1) allow certain families that have incomes of up to 400% of the federal poverty level and that have experienced reduced incomes because of COVID-19 to receive TANF assistance, and (2) provide additional cash payments to these and other TANF recipients. Emergency Family Relief Act of 2020 [S.3516]
Allows a new refundable tax credit for emergency family relief payments in response to COVID-19 (i.e., the coronavirus disease 2019). Specifically, the Department of the Treasury must establish a program for making emergency family relief credit payments on a monthly basis for the period prior to January 1, 2021, without respect to tax liability, for taxpayers with dependent children equal to $1,288 for a two-person household, $1,446 for a three-person household, and $1,786 for a four-person household. Disaster Protection for Workers’ Credit Act of 2020 [S.3508]
Generally provides credit protections to consumers during the COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) outbreak and other major disasters. The bill prohibits furnishers of credit information from reporting adverse credit information that is the result of any inaction or action that occurred during the COVID-19 outbreak. It also prohibits any such reporting regarding a consumer who resides in an area covered by a major disaster declaration. Credit reporting agencies are prohibited from including in a credit report any such adverse credit information.

Rapid Coverage for Coronavirus Vaccines Act [S.3505]
