Vietnam Helicopter Crew Monument Act This bill directs the Department of the Army to place in Arlington National Cemetery a monument honoring helicopter pilots and crew members who were killed while serving on active duty in the Armed Forces during the Vietnam era, subject to an agreement with the Vietnam Helicopter Pilots Association under which the association shall pay all site preparation, construction, installation, and maintenance costs for the memorial. Halt Tax Increases on the Middle Class and Seniors Act This bill amends the Internal Revenue Code to roll back the increased income threshold for determining the amount of the tax deduction for medical expenses. Currently, individual taxpayers may only deduct those medical expenses that exceed 10% of their adjusted gross income. This bill reduces that percentage to 7.5%.
