Senior Health Planning Account Act [HB-5958]
Allows tax-exempt senior health planning accounts that are funded using a taxpayer's gains from the sale or assignment of a life insurance contract. The bill excludes from gross income (1) the gains that are contributed to the accounts, and (2) distributions from the accounts that are used exclusively for the health care expenses of the account beneficiary or the account beneficiary's spouse.

Insulin Price Reduction Act [HB-4906]
Prohibits health insurance plan issuers and pharmacy benefits managers (PBMs) from receiving rebates or discounts for insulin from manufacturers who certify that its current insulin list price has been reduced to an amount no greater than what the list price was for the same insulin on July 1, 2006. This restriction does not apply to discounts provided to insurance plan holders at retail sale or to flat-rate fees for service paid to PBMs. Further, insurance plans are prohibited from applying a deductible to insulin that has received such price certification. Paid Sick Days for Public Health Emergencies and Personal and Family Care Act [HB-6150]
Expands the availability of paid sick time by requiring employers with at least one employee to provide a minimum amount of accrued paid sick time per work week and additional paid sick time in the event of a public-health emergency such as the coronavirus (i.e., the virus that causes COVID-19).Specifically, the bill requires employers to grant at least 1 hour of accrued paid sick time to each employee for every 30 hours worked, up to a minimum of 56 hours, or 7 days, of paid sick time per year.
