Technologies for Energy Security Act of 2017 This bill amends the Internal Revenue Code to extend and modify the tax credits for residential energy efficient property and investments in energy property. Child Abuse Accountability Enhancement Act This bill requires that retired pay otherwise payable to a member of the uniformed services shall be paid by the military department concerned to another person to the extent expressly provided in a child abuse garnishment order.
