Congressional consultation procedures are included concerning the participation of U.S. Armed Forces in certain military operations of the United Nations. American Savings Account Act of 2017 This bill amends the Internal Revenue Code to establish a new retirement option for all employees and self-employed individuals to be known as the American Savings Account Fund. This fund operates in a manner similar to the Thrift Savings Fund, which is available to federal employees. Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame Commemorative Coin Act (Sec. 3) This bill directs the Department of the Treasury to mint and issue not more than 50,000 $5 coins, 400,000 $1 coins, and 750,000 half-dollar coins in recognition and celebration of the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame. The coins shall be in the shape of a dome, and the design on the common reverse of the coins shall depict a basketball.
