REAL Act of 2015 Restoring Education And Learning Act of 2015 This bill amends title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965 to eliminate the provision that prohibits Pell Grant eligibility for individuals incarcerated in a federal or state penal institution and for sex offenders subject to civil commitment following incarceration. This amendment takes effect in academic year 2015-2016.

Lytton Rancheria Homelands Act of 2015 [HB-2538]
Lytton Rancheria Homelands Act of 2015 (Sec. 4) This bill takes into trust for the benefit of the Lytton Rancheria of California certain land owned by the tribe in Sonoma County, California. Land taken into trust is made a part of the tribe's reservation. Gaming is prohibited on this land and in a specified area of Sonoma County. (Sec. 5) Gaming is prohibited until March 16, 2037, on land taken into trust for the benefit of the tribe after enactment of this bill.
