To authorize the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to make grants to State and local entities to carry out peer-to-peer mental health programs. This bill authorizes the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to establish the P.F.C. Joseph P. Dwyer Peer Support program to make grants to eligible entities for peer-to-peer mental health programs for veterans. "Eligible entity" means: (1) a nonprofit organization having historically served the mental health needs of veterans; (2) a congressionally chartered veteran service organization; or (3) a state, local,

Allowing Greater Access to Safe and Effective Contraception Act This bill requires the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to prioritize review of supplemental drug applications (applications to modify the approved use of a drug) for contraceptive drugs intended for routine use that would be available to individuals aged 18 and older without a prescription. The FDA must waive user fees for such supplemental drug applications. Any drug that is eligible for this priority review must be a prescription drug for individuals under age 18. This bill repeals

Countering Foreign Propaganda Act of 2018 This bill amends the Communications Act of 1934 to require a U.S.-based foreign media outlet to submit to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) a report every six months that contains: (1) the name of the outlet, and (2) a description of the outlet's relationship with its foreign principal, including the legal relationship and funding the outlet receives from the principal.
