This joint resolution nullifies the rule submitted by the Office of Natural Resources Revenue titled "Amendments to Civil Penalty Regulations." Safeguard Israel Act of 2017 This bill prohibits the U.S. government from making any voluntary or assessed contributions to the United Nations (U.N.) or any U.N. organization until the President certifies to Congress that Security Council Resolution 2334 has been repealed.
