No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion and Abortion Insurance Full Disclosure Act of 2019 [HB-20]
Modifies provisions relating to federal funding for, and health insurance coverage of, abortions. Specifically, the bill prohibits the use of federal funds for abortions or for health coverage that includes abortions. Such restrictions extend to the use of funds in the budget of the District of Columbia. Additionally, abortions may not be provided in a federal health care facility or by a federal employee. Access to Congressionally Mandated Reports Act [HB-736]
Requires the Government Publishing Office (GPO) to establish and maintain a publicly available online portal containing copies of all congressionally mandated reports. Saving Children Act [HB-956]
Establishes a new criminal offense that prohibits a physician from knowingly performing a dismemberment abortion. It provides a definition of the term "dismemberment abortion." A physician who performs a dismemberment abortion is subject to a criminal fine, up to two years in prison, or both, unless the dismemberment abortion was necessary to save the mother's life. Nursing Home Workforce Quality Act [HB-1265]
Repeals certain restrictions under Medicare and Medicaid that prohibit the approval of nurse-aide training and competency evaluation programs in skilled nursing facilities that have been subject to specified regulatory actions (e.g., civil penalties) for substandard quality of care. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) may still disapprove such programs; however, the CMS must rescind the disapproval upon completion of corrective action.

Restore Our Parks and Public Lands Act [HB-1225]

Accountability Through Electronic Verification Act [HB-1399]
Expands the E-Verify program by requiring all employers to use it, and permanently reauthorizes the program. Currently, E-Verify use is voluntary for most employers, although some states mandate its use. All employers shall use E-Verify to confirm the identity and employment eligibility of all recruited, referred, or hired individuals, including current employees who were never verified under the program. Removing Barriers to Colorectal Cancer Screening Act of 2020 [HB-1570]
Modifies cost-sharing requirements for colorectal cancer screening tests, and drug manufacturer reporting requirements, under Medicare medical services. Specifically, the bill waives coinsurance requirements with respect to colorectal cancer screening tests, regardless of the code billed for a resulting diagnosis or procedure. The bill phases in implementation over an eight-year period. Additionally, manufacturers of covered drugs that do not have rebate agreements under the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program must report similar information as is required
