VET PFAS Act Veterans Exposed to Toxic PFAS Act [HB-2102] [Veterans ] [Healthcare ] [Public Health ] [Military ] [Science ] [Environmental ]
Requires hospital care and medical services to be furnished for specified conditions to veterans and reservists who were exposed to perfluorooctanoic acid and other per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (commonly referred to as PFAS) while serving on military installations. Family members of veterans and reservists who resided at these military installations are also eligible for hospital care and medical services under this bill.
