Therapeutic Fraud Prevention Act of 2019 [HB-3570]
Prohibits commercial conversion therapy, which is a practice or treatment designed to change a person's sexual orientation or gender identity or otherwise change behaviors, thoughts, or expressions related to gender or sexual attraction. This prohibition does not apply to treatment that assists an individual undergoing a gender transition or facilitates identity exploration and development.

DIGITAL Reservations Act Deploying the Internet by Guaranteeing Indian Tribes Autonomy over Licensing on Reservations Act [HB-7774]
Grants Indian tribes and Native Hawaiian organizations with exclusive rights to all available or unlicensed electromagnetic spectrum over their tribal lands and prohibits the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) from taking specified actions related to spectrum licenses over tribal lands.
