Honest Census Communications Act [HB-6215]
Prohibits certain deceptive practices in relation to a census. Specifically, the bill prohibits communicating information known to be materially false and with the intent to impede or prevent another person from participating in any census. Such information is any information regarding (1) the time, place, or manner of holding any such census; or (2) the qualifications for, or restrictions on, participation in any such census. The bill sets forth criminal and civil penalties for violations.

Vote By Mail Act of 2019 [HB-92]
Requires states to allow voting in federal elections to be by mail without additional conditions or requirements, except a deadline for returning the ballot. States must mail ballots to individuals registered to vote in a federal election not later than two weeks before the election. The U.S. Postal Service must carry ballots mailed by a state expeditiously and free of postage. authorizes automatic voter registration of individuals through state motor vehicle authorities.

Equal Access to COVID-19 Relief Act [HB-6594]
