Young Farmer Success Act This bill amends title IV (Student Assistance) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 to include a full-time job as an employee or manager of a qualified farm or ranch within the definition of "public service job" for purposes of the public service employee loan forgiveness program. A "qualified farm or ranch" earns, from the sale of agricultural products, gross revenue of at least $35,000 in 2017, adjusted annually for inflation in subsequent years.
