Requires the Small Business Administration (SBA) to establish a central small-business cybersecurity-assistance unit within the SBA and a regional cybersecurity-assistance unit within each small-business development center. These cybersecurity assistance units shall serve as the primary means for a small business to communicate cyber threats and defensive measures with the federal government. BRACE Act of 2019 Building Rail Access for Customers and the Economy Act of 2019 [HB-510] [Taxes ] [Transportation and Motor Vehicles ] [Infrastructure ]
Permanently extends the tax credit for railroad track maintenance. The extension applies to expenditures paid or incurred during tax years beginning after 2017.
