Anwar Sadat Centennial Celebration Act This bill directs Congress to arrange for the posthumous award of a Congressional Gold Medal to Anwar Sadat, the former President of Egypt, in recognition of his achievements and efforts to attain comprehensive peace in the Middle East. Such medal shall be presented to: (1) the widow of Anwar Sadat, Jehan Sadat, or her next of kin; and (2) a representative of the government of Egypt.

Agency Accountability Act of 2017 This bill requires any agency that receives a fee, fine, penalty, or proceeds from a settlement to deposit the amount in the general fund of the Treasury. The funds may not be used unless the funding is provided in advance in an appropriations bill. The bill also modifies the program to: make Indian tribes eligible for AMBER Alert grants, permit the use of grant funds to integrate state or regional AMBER Alert communication plans with an Indian tribe, and allow the waiver of the matching funds requirement for grants awarded to Indian tribes.
