An Act Concerning The Posting Of Public Agency Minutes And Legal Notices On The Internet Web Site Of A Municipality. [SB-365]
To extend the deadline by which all public agencies are required to post meeting minutes on their available web sites from seven to fourteen days, and to provide that noncompliance with this requirement by municipal agencies is not deemed a violation of the Freedom of Information Act under certain circumstances and to permit municipalities in compliance with this requirement to post legal notices on their web sites.
