An Act Concerning The Notification Of Department Of Administrative Services Projects, The Definition Of "project" And Repealing A Provision Concerning State Agency Reporting Of Certain Contractor Information. [HB-5228]
To require the Commissioner of Administrative Services to post notice of projects on the State Contracting Portal rather than in a newspaper advertisement, to raise the threshold for projects from those exceeding three hundred thousand dollars to those exceeding five hundred thousand dollars, to repeal a provision requiring notification to the Department of Revenue Services regarding certain contractor information for contracts purchasing goods or services or leases with the state and to make technical and conforming changes.

An Act Changing Certain Reporting Requirements In The State Codes Of Ethics. [HB-5229]
To change the exemption from reporting requirements from any public official, Governor's spouse or state employee who is a principal speaker at an event to any such official, spouse or employee who is an active participant at an event and to require lobbyists to report necessary expenses paid to a public official or state employee in their next financial report rather than as a separate report within thirty days.
