Mandatory Minimum Reform Act of 2015 This bill amends the Controlled Substances Act and the Controlled Substances Import and Export Act to eliminate most drug offense mandatory minimum prison terms imposed on a defendant who imports, exports, manufactures, distributes, or possesses with intent to distribute a controlled substance. Full Employment Federal Reserve Act of 2015 This bill amends the Federal Reserve Act with respect to the duty of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) to promote maximum employment and stable prices. The bill defines "maximum employment" as an economy with an unemployment rate of at most 4% that generally includes a labor market in which median wages are rising with worker productivity, job seekers can find work, and involuntary part-time work is at a minimum. National Purple Heart Hall of Honor Commemorative Coin Act [HB-358]
National Purple Heart Hall of Honor Commemorative Coin Act Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to mint and issue $5 gold coins, $1 silver coins, and half-dollar clad coins emblematic of the National Purple Heart Hall of Honor. Limits the minting of such coins to the one-year period beginning on January 1, 2017. Prescribes surcharges for coin sales, which shall be paid to the National Purple Heart Hall of Honor, Inc., to help finance the construction of a new building and renovation of existing National Purple Heart Hall of Honor facilities.
