As it pertains to hunting laws of this State, there are specific requirements as to the type of weapon that may be used or carried while attempting to harvest game. This bill clarifies that a person licensed to carry a concealed deadly weapon may continue to do so while engaged in hunting or trapping activities without having to worry about violating a provision of Title 7 intended to deal with the harvesting of game. This bill would require that public comment be permitted at all open meetings of any board, bureau, commission, department, agency, committee, ad hoc committee, special committee, temporary committee, advisory board and committee, subcommittee, legislative committee, association, group, panel or council. The minimum time will be one minute. Maximum time and procedural rules are left to the discretion of the meeting body.

This bill permits Delaware residents to become early stage investors in Delaware based startups through newly available crowdfunding platforms. The enabling of this new investment tool allows corporations and other business to offer or sell securities via crowdfunding efforts, provided (among other things) that the purchasers of such securities are Delaware residents, the aggregate amount raised by the business through this process cannot exceed $1 million in any twelve-month period, and no person can purchase more than $5,000 worth of securities

This Bill creates a licensure exemption for individuals engaged solely in the practice of hair braiding, which does not involve hair cutting, dyeing or the application of chemicals.
