This bill grants the Board of Pharmacy authority to establish standards and procedures for the collection, destruction, return and redistribution of previously dispensed medications. The drug collection program must comply with all applicable local, State and Federal laws and regulations.

An Act To Amend Title 24 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Professions And Occupations. [HB-249]
This bill would require a pharmacy to provide to a person who requests their pharmacy records to be provided such records. In addition, the bill requires the pharmacy to follow the pharmacy’s standard protocol, when producing the records, to ensure confidentiality of the records.

An Act To Amend Title 29 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Transportation Of State Employees. [HB-305]
Current Federal regulations will not allow group home operators, funded by the Division of Developmental Disabilities Services (DDDS), to be billed by DDDS for use of Fleet Services vehicles. Federal regulations instead require that group home operators contract directly with Fleet Services. This statutory change will allow Delaware to continue to receive $1 million to $1.25 million a year in Federal funds to provide services to people with developmental disabilities.

An Act To Amend Titles 3, 11 And 29 Of The Delaware Code Relating To The Operation Of Table Games By The Delaware Lottery, The Creation Of A Division Of Gaming Enforcement Within The Department Of Safety And Homeland Security, Licensing Of Video Lottery Agent Personnel And Lottery And Agent Vendors, Prohibition On Gaming By Certain Persons, The Creation Of A Lottery Commission, And The Number Of Harness Racing Days. This bill authorizes the introduction and operation of table games by the Delaware Lottery at licensed video lottery agents. Like the video lottery, the table games would be offered on the premises of Delaware's video lottery agents. The Delaware Lottery would determine which table games would be played and establish regulations for the effective management of the games. Proceeds from the operation of the Delaware Lottery would be paid to the Delaware Lottery, which would keep a portion of those proceeds to cover its administrative expenses and (continued...)

An Act To Amend Title 6 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Home Solicitation And Door To Door Sales. [HB-317]
This bill provides that any person who solicits door to door sale shall display a door to door salesperson identification card which shall include the person’s name, employer, employer telephone number, employer address and State of Delaware business license number. This bill also provides that door to door sales shall only be solicited between the hours of 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

An Act To Amend Title 16 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Immunity For Donations To Volunteer Fire Departments. [HB-330]
This Act is intended to encourage governmental and/or private donations to volunteer fire departments by ensuring that any entity that donates “qualified fire control or rescue equipment” to the volunteer fire department shall not be liable for civil damages for personal injuries, property damage or loss, or death caused by the equipment after the donation unless such person’s action or omission causing the harm constituted gross negligence or intentional conduct.
