An Act To Amend Title 21 Of The Delaware Code Relating To The Ignition Interlock Device. [HB-132]
This bill corrects the duration of revocation to match § 4177C(d)(2) and will make it possible for all applicants who are required to participate in the Ignition Interlock Device program to be eligible to submit an application for an indigent plan. This bill also changes the required offender reporting to IID service providers to a monthly basis allowing for early intervention of repeat violators.

An Act To Amend Title 14 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Educational Support Professionals Of The Year. [HB-134]
This Act establishes an Educational Support Professional of the year award program throughout the State. An Act To Amend Title 15 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Elections. [HB-135]
This bill eliminates the "10-day hold" before registering a voter who is eligible to vote. This bill also allows the Department in lieu of the Board to remove voters who no longer reside in Delaware.

This bill imposes a filing fee on write-in candidates of $1,000.00 for federal office and $100.00 for statewide or local office and changes the deadline for write-in candidates to file their declaration and filing fee from September 30 to September 1.

An Act To Amend Title 15 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Elections. [HB-138]
This bill replaces the National Change of Address process with another non-discriminatory process of cancelling the registrations of persons who are no longer permanent residents of Delaware. It also gives the Department of Elections, instead of the State Board of Elections, the authority to cancel registrations of persons who authorize the cancellation of their registrations because they are no longer permanent residents of Delaware.

An Act To Amend Title 16 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Infants With Prenatal Substance Exposure. [HB-140]
This non-punitive, public-health oriented bill seeks to codify certain sections of the federal law known as the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act (CAPTA), as amended by the Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act (CARA), that requires states to have policies and procedures in place to address the needs of infants born with and identified as being affected by substance abuse, withdrawal symptoms, or Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder, including a requirement that healthcare providers involved in the delivery or care of such infant notify the (continued...)

An Act To Amend Title 21 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Drivers License And Vehicle Registration. [HB-146]
This bill will remove the requirement for signatures to be in pen and ink when provided for driver license, identification card, or registration application processes. An Act To Amend Title 11 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Human Trafficking. [HB-164]
This bill dissolves the Human Trafficking Coordinating Council and reestablishes it as the Human Trafficking Interagency Coordinating Council.
