An Act To Amend Title 24 Of The Delaware Code Relating To The Board Of Pharmacy. [HB-206]
This bill grants the Board of Pharmacy authority to establish standards and procedures for the collection, destruction, return and redistribution of previously dispensed medications. The drug collection program must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations, and shall be done under a licensed health care professional’s supervision. In addition, the DEA and the Office of Controlled Substances shall implement security measures. Pharmaceutical manufacturers receive immunity for matters related to the program.

An Act To Amend Title 7 Of The Delaware Code Relating To State Parks. [HB-235]
This bill provides that a veteran or member of the armed forces of the United States who has honorably served or is honorably serving, resides in the State of Delaware and owns a motor vehicle registered in the State of Delaware shall receive a 50% discount on the annual fee for vehicle entrance to state parks and recreation areas.

An Act To Amend Title 29 Of The Delaware Code Relating To The Division Of Professional Regulation And To Licenses And Permits For Military Spouses. [HB-238]
This Bill simplifies the process for a military spouse applying for reinstatement of a professional license or permit with the Division of Professional Regulation within 2 years of the license or permit lapsing. It does not apply to a revoked or suspended license or permit unless the license or permit was reinstated prior to its lapse. In addition, the Bill provides for a military spouse to apply for a six-month temporary license or permit while the application for endorsement or reciprocity is being processed to verify good standing and to perform

An Act To Amend Title 25 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Liens. [HB-258]
This bill simplifies the procedures for selling a vehicle to satisfy a lien. Under the current law, a garagekeeper must institute a proceeding in a Justice of the Peace Court for permission to hold a sale for every vehicle for which the owner does not pay the repair bill. If this bill is enacted, the owner and all those with a security interest in the vehicle will be provided notice of the garagekeeper’s intent to sell the vehicle and the owner or other person must affirmatively apply to the Justice of the Peace Court within 60 days for a hearing.
