Expressing The Opposition Of The 148th Delaware General Assembly To The Pjm Interconnection Decision Allocating The Majority Of Costs Associated With A $400 Million Improvement Project Benefitting A New Jersey Power Plant Complex To Delaware Ratepayers. [HCR-92]
The 148th Delaware General Assembly opposes the decision of the PJM Interconnection to allocate the majority of the costs of the Artificial Island improvements to the residents and businesses of The First State. The PJM Interconnection actions in this matter appear to violate its operational guidelines to impose project costs to ratepayers that are roughly commensurate with the benefits they accrue from it. A Resolution Requiring The Delaware Secretary Of Education To Propose Options For State Assessment Opt-out Procedures And To Prevent Penalizing Schools For Parents' Decision To Opt Out. [HR-22]

An Act To Amend Title 29 Of The Delaware Code Relating To The Prevailing Wage. [SB-106]
This Act increases the threshold amounts for public works projects subject to the prevailing wage. Specifically, this Act increases the threshold for projects for new construction to $500,000 and for projects for alteration, repair, renovation, rehabilitation, demolition, or reconstruction to $250,000. The existing threshold amounts have not been increased since they were established by 69 Del. Laws, c. 295 in 1994.
