An Act To Amend Title 21 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Emergency Vehicles. [HB-33]
This bill adds the Department of Correction, Bureau of Prisons and Bureau of Community Corrections' vehicles to the list of "authorized emergency vehicles" identified in Chapter 41 of Title 21 that are afforded certain privileges when responding to an emergency.

An Act To Amend Title 14 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Establishing A School Safety And Security Fund. [HB-335]
This Act establishes the Delaware School Safety and Security Fund to allow certain eligible public schools to partially or fully fund projects intended to improve school facilities and training relating to safety or security. The Department of Education shall administer the fund. This Act is effective upon appropriation.

An Act To Amend Title 14 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Silent Alarm Systems In Public Schools. [HB-336]
This Act requires each public school district to equip the schools within their respective jurisdictions with an adequate number of panic buttons that may be used to immediately alert local law enforcement authorities of a security threat at a school. Once activated, the required silent alarm system will immediately alert authorities without simultaneously activating an audible alarm within the school building.

An Act Proposing An Amendment To Article Ii Of The Delaware Constitution Relating To The Legislature And Voting On The Budget Appropriation Act, Bond And Capital Improvement Act, And Act Making Appropriations For Certain Grants-in-aid. [HB-341]
This Act is the first leg of a constitutional amendment that requires the General Assembly to wait 48 hours from the introduction of the budget appropriation bill, bond and capital improvement act, and act making appropriations for certain grants-in-aid bill, or any substantive amendment or substitute bill to such bills before voting on such legislation unless the General Assembly by a three-fourths vote waives this requirement.

Modeled after legislation passed in New Jersey on August 8, 2013, this legislation prohibits a person named on the federal terrorist watchlist from purchasing, owning, possessing or controlling a deadly weapon or ammunition for a firearm within the State.

An Act To Amend Title 14 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Education. [HB-346]
This Act establishes the High Needs Educator Student Loan Payment Program. The Program allows qualified applicants to apply for a payment from the State to the applicants lending agency, to pay a portion of the applicants student loan debt. The purpose of the Program is to encourage Educators to work and remain working in certification areas in which Delaware has a shortage and to encourage Educators to work and remain working in Delawares hardest-to-staff Schools. An Act To Amend Title 7 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Nonutility Wells And Permits For Nonutility Wells Within Service Territory Served By A Water Utility Under A Certificate Of Public Convenience And Necessity. [HB-38]
