An Act To Amend Title 24 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Prohibited Conduct. [SB-112]
This Bill clarifies who may be apprehended by a bail enforcement agent; clarifies that bail enforcement agents who enter a home or a business in search of a fugitive do not have police powers, and that if they enter a home or business without legal consent, they would be subject to prosecution for a class F felony (see Title 24, Delaware Code, 5505) and would have no immunity available as a defense to a civil suit; and prohibits bail enforcement agents from stopping or surrounding vehicles.

An Act To Amend Titles 10, 29 And 31 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Extending The Jurisdiction Of The Family Court For Abused, Dependent And Neglected Children. [SB-113]
This Bill creates a procedure by which youth exiting foster care in Delaware and who are provided services under the John H. Chafee Independence Act and/or the Fostering Connections and Increasing Adoptions Act of 2008 have a legal mechanism for Family Court to review the appropriateness of such services. The bill also specifically limits any findings on the reasonableness of the services to be offered and coordinated by the DSCYF to the youth, including financial, housing, medical, employment, training, education and other appropriate services, (continued...)

An Act To Amend Title 26 Of The Delaware Code Relating To The Renewable Energy Portfolio Standards. [SB-119]
This act will amend existing law by increasing the required minimum percentage of renewable energy supply to Delaware customers, such as solar, wind, geothermal, and hydroelectric power. The act achieves this goal by setting a minimum percentage of energy that must come from renewable resources at 30% by 2023. The act also creates a Distributed Renewable Energy carve out of 10% by 2023.

This Delaware Health Security Act will provide all current and future Delaware citizens, out-of-state workers employed 20 hours or more per week in Delaware and our state's economy a non-government run (NOT socialized medicine) program and cost effective single payer health care system.
