An Act To Amend Title 11 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Certain Property Crimes. [HB-185]
This Act raises the penalties for the three property crimes that have enhancements for property losses in excess of $50,000 and $100,000. When the loss is in excess of $50,000, the crime would be a class D felony (0 to 8 years imprisonment) instead of a class E felony (0 to 5 years imprisonment) or class F felony (0 to 3 years imprisonment). When the loss is in excess of $100,000, the crime would be a class B felony (2 to 25 years imprisonment) instead of a class C felony (0 to 15 years imprisonment).

An Act To Amend Title 7 Of The Delaware Code Relating To The Clean Air Act Title V Operating Permit Program. [HB-186]
This legislation reauthorizes the Clean Air Act Title V Operating Program by extending the program until December 31, 2014. The program oversees the state’s largest manufacturing, industrial and commercial sources of air emissions. By law the program sunsets every three years and is subject to review by the Title V Operating Permit Program Advisory Committee. The legislation maintains permit fees for the next three years at the same level as they were during the period 2008 through 2011. The legislation also corrects typographical errors, updates
