This bill requires that the landlord/owner clearly articulate in the rental agreement the manner of and basis for the calculation of all future rent increases. The intent of this bill is to ensure that the prospective tenant may make a better-informed decision regarding future rent increases prior to entering into, or renewing, a lease agreement.

An Act To Amend Title 15 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Candidate Committees. [SB-207]
This Act limits the life of a candidate committee to 6 months after the death of the candidate for which it was formed. Some candidate committees have been distributing funds for years after the death of the candidate. This Act shall not apply to any candidate committee whose candidate has died prior to this Act’s enactment into law.
