An Act To Amend Title 21 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Use Of Electronic Speed Enforcement Devices. [HB-94]
The expectation for speed enforcement, under Delaware's Motor Vehicle statute, are Delaware's law enforcement agencies. It is not always possible for law enforcement officers to effectively enforce the speed limitations due to a number of factors, including, but not limited to, officer availability and safety. An Act To Amend Title 30 Of The Delaware Code And Chapter 118 Of Volume 83 Of The Laws Of Delaware Relating To Personal Income Taxes. [HB-89]
Section 1 of this Act increases the standard deduction for personal income tax purposes of resident individuals and spouses of this State for tax years beginning after December 31, 2023. An Act To Amend Title 16 Relating To The Lyme Disease Education Oversight Board. [HB-71]
This bill clarifies that the goal and function of the Lyme Disease Education Oversight Board includes Lyme Disease and other tick-related diseases. This Act supersedes the previous sunset provision that established the Board in House Bill 291 from the 148th General Assembly (80 Del. Laws c. 402 § 1) and extends the Boards existence until 2032 unless otherwise provided by a subsequent act of the General Assembly.
