An Act To Amend Title 18 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Funeral Expenses For Certain Volunteers With Fire Or Ambulance Companies. [SB-28]

An Act To Amend Title 29 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Legislative Oversight Of Agency Regulations. [HB-5]
This Act requires that an enacted state agency regulation will automatically expire unless explicitly reauthorized by the General Assembly to continue. This Act creates the Joint Committee on Oversight of Agency Regulations (Committee) to engage in review and oversight of regulations adopted by State agencies and recommend to the General Assembly whether or not the regulations should be allowed to expire.

An Act To Amend Title 16 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Retired Law-enforcement Animals. [SB-38]
This Act provides financial support to owners who adopt a horse that retired from serving with the Department of Correction, State or Capitol police, the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, or the Office of the State Fire Marshal. The owners of these retired-law enforcement horses may be reimbursed up to $3,000 annually for veterinary care expenses and farrier services paid by the owner for the care of the retired law-enforcement horse.
