This Joint Resolution would establish the Delaware Efficiency and Cost Containment Committee (DECCC), which would be tasked with gathering, investigating, and recommending actions the General Assembly can consider to improve governmental effectiveness and restrain the growth of state spending. The committee shall issue its recommendations to state lawmakers by March 15, 2016.

An Act To Amend Title 29 Of The Delaware Code Relating To The Prevailing Wage. [SB-106]
This Act increases the threshold amounts for public works projects subject to the prevailing wage. Specifically, this Act increases the threshold for projects for new construction to $500,000 and for projects for alteration, repair, renovation, rehabilitation, demolition, or reconstruction to $250,000. The existing threshold amounts have not been increased since they were established by 69 Del. Laws, c. 295 in 1994.
