An Act To Amend Title 3 And Title 16 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Milk And Milk Products. [SB-273]
This Act legalizes the sale and distribution of raw milk and products derived from raw milk by dairy producers directly to consumers for human consumption. This Act also removes the unused definitions of Delaware fresh milk and northeastern fresh milk from Subchapter VI of Title 3. The definition of fresh milk under current § 3175 of Title 3 is retained.

An Act To Amend The Delaware Code Relating To The Creation Of A Department Of Veterans Affairs. [HB-399]
This Act creates a new state-level Department of Veterans Affairs, headed by a cabinet-level Secretary appointed by the Governor with the advice and consent of the Senate. The Department will take over most of the duties currently handled by the Commission on Veterans Affairs and its staff. Twenty-one other states have preserved the rights of their citizens to hunt, fish, or trap wildlife. An Act To Amend Title 4 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Alcoholic Liquors. [SB-166]
