An Act To Amend Title 11 Of The Delaware Code Relating To The Special Law Enforcement Assistance Fund. [HB-207]
This bill specifies that funds from the Special Law Enforcement Assistance Fund shall be used for the additional limited purpose of constructing a memorial consistent with and in furtherance of House Joint Resolution No. 3 of the 145th General Assembly. It further specifies that the provisions of this act shall sunset 2 years after enactment of said section.

An Act To Amend Title 31 Of The Delaware Code Relating To The State Public Assistance Code. [HB-219]
This Act makes chiropractic manipulation of the spine to correct subluxation eligible for reimbursement under the State’s public assistance code. Such treatment has been eligible for Medicare reimbursement since 1972 and, therefore, this act brings Delaware law into accord with the Medicare statutes and implementing regulations.

This act adds parks and recreation areas to properties that a sexual offender shall not reside or loiter within 500 feet. Current law only limits residing or loitering by sexual offenders within 500 feet of school property.

An Act To Amend Title 11 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Specific Offenses And Sale And Distribution Of Tobacco Products. [HB-269]
This bill requires a person engaged in the sale or distribution of tobacco products to demand proof of age from a prospective purchaser or recipient of such products who is under the age of 27 years. A notice is to be posted conspicuously at each tobacco vending machine as well as at each point of purchase. Also, the bill makes it unlawful to maintain such products except in a tobacco vending machine in any display accessible to customers that is not under the control of a cashier or employee.

An Act To Amend Title 21 Of The Delaware Code Relating To A Special Examination For A Driver License Due To A Possible Physical Or Mental Impediment. [HB-28]

An Act To Amend Title 16 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Fees For Vital Certificates. [HB-286]
This Act increases all fees for certified and non-certified copies of vital records to $25. Certified copies of marriage certificates are already $25. The Act also increases the fee for all heirloom certificates to $35. This Act removes reference to funding being used for the Delaware Children’s Trust Fund, since the Delaware Children’s Trust Fund is no longer in existence.
