An Act To Amend Title 16 Relating To The Lyme Disease Education Oversight Board. [HB-71]
This bill clarifies that the goal and function of the Lyme Disease Education Oversight Board includes Lyme Disease and other tick-related diseases. This Act supersedes the previous sunset provision that established the Board in House Bill 291 from the 148th General Assembly (80 Del. Laws c. 402 § 1) and extends the Boards existence until 2032 unless otherwise provided by a subsequent act of the General Assembly.

An Act To Amend Title 21 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Inspection Of Fleet Vehicles. [HB-51]

An Act To Amend Title 11 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Theft. [HB-50]
This Act creates a separate offense for the theft of mail, including packages, from a residential dwelling. A first offense of mail theft is a class A misdemeanor unless the value of the stolen property is $1,500 or more, in which case it is a class G felony. A second offense of mail theft, within the previous 5 years is a class G felony, regardless of the value of the stolen property.

Requesting The Department Of Natural Resources And Environmental Control (dnrec) Pause And Reconsider The Process Of Promulgating The California Advanced Clean Car Ii (accii) Regulations That Seek To Restrict, And Ultimately Eliminate, The Sale And Registration Of New Light-duty Fuel-powered Vehicles In Delaware By Model Year 2035. [HR-17]
This resolution requests that the Department of Natural Resources pause its ongoing process of promulgating California ACCII regulations. The Department is requested to determine the fiscal impacts of imposing the ACCII regulations on Delawareans. A further request is made that the Department evaluate the approach taken by Pennsylvania and Colorado, two states that, like Delaware, have chosen to follow California vehicle emissions regulations under Section 177 of the U.S. Clean Air Act.
