An Act To Amend Title 4 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Alcoholic Liquors. [HB-132]
This Bill will modernize the process and requirements for issuance of liquor licenses for off premises consumption. The current process and requirements do not consider population growth. Minimum distance requirements are enhanced while increases in population growth will now be considered to arrive at a safety and convenience balance.

An Act To Amend Title 24 Chapter 17 Of The Delaware Code Relating To The Board Of Medical Licensure And Discipline. [HB-178]
Section One of this bill removes the requirement that applicants for licensure as medical doctors undergo a personal interview by a Board member as a prerequisite to obtaining licensure. Section Two also applies to new applicants before the Board of Medical Licensure and Discipline. Currently, if a person seeking certification had direct access to patients or staff or admitting privileges at a health care facility within the past 5 years, the applicant must obtain a service letter from each such facility as a prerequisite to obtaining licensure.

An Act To Amend Title 21 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Inspection Of Certain Motor Vehicles. [HB-204]
This Act allows reconstructed vehicles that are more than 25 years old to be exempt from emissions testing. Biennial safety and anti-tampering inspections would still be required. These reconstructed vehicles are typically show cars that are only used for club activities, parades, and exhibits similar to antique vehicles. Antique vehicles are currently exempt from emissions and safety inspection.
