An Act To Amend Title 11 Of The Delaware Code Relating To The Human Trafficking Interagency Coordinating Council. [HB-398]
This Act renames the Human Trafficking Interagency Coordinating Council as the Delaware Anti-Trafficking Action Council (Council) for the purpose of providing a clearer description of the work that the Council performs. This Act also transfers the Council from under the authority of the Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS) to the Criminal Justice Council. DHSS's clerical staffing duty is removed.

An Act To Amend Title 29 Of The Delaware Code Relating To The State Employees' Pension Plan. [SB-14]
This bill provides a mechanism to grant pension increases to retired State Employees, retired Judges, and retired New State police. This bill dedicates a minimum of 2.33% of payroll to be deposited annually to the Post Retirement Fund. This bill also provides for a pension increase as determined by the Board of Pension Trustees.

An Act To Amend Title 21 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Emergency Vehicles. [SB-217]
Historically, vehicles under the control of the Delaware State Fire Commission have been equipped with emergency lights. This bill amends Section 4106 to clarify and confirm that vehicles of the Delaware State Fire Prevention Commission are emergency vehicles that may be equipped with emergency lights.

An Act To Amend Titles 10, 13, 16 And 29 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Enforcement Of Family Court Custody Orders. [HB-417]
In cases where the Family Court finds that there are sufficient grounds to order the removal of a child from their home and the Family Court orders custody of the child to the Division of Family Service (DFS), DFS often partners with law enforcement to enforce the order. There have been rare cases where a parent or legal guardian refuses to respond to DFS and law enforcements attempts to enforce the order to take custody of the child, resulting in uncertainty and a heightened concern for the childs safety. An Act To Amend Title 21 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Indicating The Holder Is A Veteran On Driver Licenses And Nondriver Identification Cards. [HB-408]
This Act would add designation that the holder is a veteran to the Delaware Driver License or Identification Card upon request. Adding designation that the holder is a veteran to a Driver License or Identification Card would eliminate the need for a veteran to carry a separate card or official discharge forms in order to prove their service.

An Act To Amend Title 30 Of The Delaware Code Relating To The Delaware Entertainment Job Act. [HB-465]
The Delaware Entertainment Job Act is intended to encourage jobs creation, artistic endeavors and investment in the film, television, esports and videogame industry in the State of Delaware, and the attendant benefits for the economy and job growth. Delaware is one of the only states in the Mid-Atlantic and country without some form of tax credit at a time when production of original content for streaming and at theaters is at an all-time high. Thirty-three states have some sort of production incentive.
