An Act To Amend Title 21 Of The Delaware Code Relating To The Registration Of Vehicles. [HB-437]
This bill allows the background plates (animal welfare, farmland preservation, Marine Education Research and Rehabilitation Institute, Delaware Equine Council, and Keep Delaware Beautiful) issued by DMV to be displayed on trailers up to 26,000 pounds gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR). It also increases the size of trucks that can display the plates from ¾ ton (10,000 pounds GVWR) to 26,000 pounds GVWR.

An Act Concurring In A Proposed Amendment To Article Iv, Section 37 Of The Delaware Constitution Of 1897, As Amended, Relating To The Court On The Judiciary. [HB-56]
This Act is the second leg of a constitutional amendment that would add the Chief Magistrate to the Court on the Judiciary. Like all judges within the state, the judges of the Justice of the Peace Court are subject to the jurisdiction of the Court on the Judiciary. An Act To Amend Title 16 Of The Delaware Code Relating To Controlled Substances. [HB-91]
This Act would enhance the ability of the prescription monitoring program to make informed determinations as to prescribers who may be making extraordinary prescriptions of opiates or other controlled substances, and to refer such cases to law enforcement or professional licensing organizations for further review. The Act would also provide a more usable standard for provision of specified information to law enforcement agencies upon a showing of need.
